Donation campaign For our Kibbutz Security
Living on Israel's Frontier
Kibbutz Maaleh Hachmisha is located on the security fence bordering the Palestinian territories around Jerusalem, on the morning of October 7th we found ourself at war. Following the horrific attacks on peaceful frontier Kibbutz communities similar to our own community, we immediately took charge 24/7 guarding and standing ready to defend our home. Unfortunately relaying on the armed forces for all these years we found ourselves heavily unequipped.
We Need your Help providing a safe environment for our children
Our main need is focused on building fortified rooms (bomb shelters) for our educational facilities – kindergartens and baby nurseries. So that in case of bombing the children can reach shelter in adequate time. Unfortunately, Recent events have proved this to be an essential need. Fortified rooms as they are called in Israel provide a safe environment in case of missile attacks.
